【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestheSupplementaryServicesAdviceofCharge(SS-AOC),whichareapplicabletovariousbasicservicessupportedbyPrivateIntegratedServicesNetworks(PISN).BasicservicesarespecifiedinISO/IEC11574.SS-AOCisasetofsupplementaryserviceswhichenableausertoreceiveinformationaboutthechargingofitscallsthatleavethePISNandenteranothernetwork.AOC-Senablestheusertoreceiveinformationaboutthechargingratesatcallset-uptimeandalsotoreceivefurtherinformationduringthecallifthereisachangeofchargingrates.AOC-Denablestheusertoreceiveinformationontherecordedchargesduringtheactivephaseofthecall.AOC-Eenablestheusertoreceiveinformationontherecordedchargeswhenthecallisterminated.Theprovisionofcharginginformationtothecalleduser,theprovisionofcharginginformationforcallsthatdonotleavethePISN,andPISNaccountingareoutsidethescopeofthisInternationalStandard.ChargingassumptionswhichapplytothespecificationofSS-AOCinthisInternationalStandardarecontainedinannexD.Servicespecificationsareproducedinthreestages,accordingthemethoddescribedinCCITTRec.I.130.ThisInternationalStandardcontainsthestage1andstage2specificationsofSS-AOC.Thestage1specifications(clauses6,7,8)specifythesupplementaryservicesasseenbyusersofPISNs.Thestage2specification(clause9)identifiesthefunctionalentitiesinvolvedinthesupplementaryservicesandtheinformationflowsbetweenthem.
