【摘要】:Itisimportantforrubbercompounderstoknowtheextentofdevulcanizationarubbermighthaveundergoneduringrecycling.Itallowsthecompoundertodetermineifmorecuringagentsareneededduringmixingofdevulcanizedrubberwhenusedeitheraspartialreplacementorstandalone.1.1Thisclassificationdescribestheprocedurefordeterminingpercentdevulcanizationfromcrosslinkdensitymeasurementsofdevulcanizedrubberandcontrolcrumbrubberinthelaboratory.Percentdevulcanizationisaquantitativedetermination.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsarethestandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
