【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61280establishespreferredmeasurementprinciplesandpracticestoassurethatmeaningfuldatadescribingtheopticallossperformanceofinstalledcableplantscanbeobtained.Itisnotintendedforcomponenttesting,nordoesitdefinethoseelementsofaninstallationthatneedtobemeasured.Establishmentofrequirementsforinstallation,maintenance,repairorconformancetestingislefttothespecifierofthistestmethod.ThisprocedureisaspecifictestassociatedwithIEC61281-1.Thisprocedurecanbeusedtomeasuretheopticallossbetweenanytwopassivelyconnectedpoints,includingendterminations,ofamultimodeopticalfibrecableplant.Theopticalfibrecableplant,asthetermisusedhere,mayconsistofopticalfibrecables,connectors,mountingpanels,jumpercables,andotherpassivecomponents,butmaynotincludeactivecomponents.AnexampleofacableplantcouldbeaportionofaLED(lightemittingdiode)-basedlocalareanetwork.Thiscouldincludeopticalswitchesorcouplers,butwouldexcludegainelementsintheconnectedpath.Theaccuracyofthistestmethoddependsuponproperselectionofthetestmethodscontainedhereinandotherfactors.RefertoAnnexBforadditionalinformation.Thistestmethodutilizestestjumperstofacilitateafieldmeasurementthatincludesalllosselementswithinthecableplant.Itmay,thereforedependingonthemethodchosen,includeconnectionlossesthatdonotappearinmethodBofIEC60793-1-40-insertionlosstechnique(forfibres).Forguidanceinselectingamethod,refertoAnnexB.

【摘要】:Thistestmethodcoverstherapiddeterminationof12elementsininsulatingoils,anditprovidesrapidscreeningofusedoilsforindicationsofwear.Testtimesapproximateseveralminutespertestspecimen,anddetectabilityisinthe10-100x03BC;g/kgrange.Thistestmethodcanbeusedtomonitorequipmentconditionandhelptodefinewhencorrectiveactionisneeded.Itcanalsobeusedtodetectcontaminationsuchasfromsiliconefluids(viaSilicon)orfromdirt(viaSiliconandAluminum).Thistestmethodcanbeusedtoindicatetheefficiencyofreclaimingusedinsulatingoil.1.1Thistestmethoddescribesthedeterminationofmetalsandcontaminantsininsulatingoilsbyinductivelycoupledplasmaatomicemissionspectrometry(ICP-AES).ThespecificelementsarelistedinTable1.ThistestmethodissimilartoTestMethodD5185,butdiffersinmethodology,whichresultsinthegreatersensitivityrequiredforinsulatingoilapplications.1.2Thistestmethodusesoil-solublemetalsforcalibrationanddoesnotpurporttoquantitativelydetermineinsolubleparticulates.Analyticalresultsareparticlesizedependent,andlowresultsareobtainedforparticleslargerthanseveralmicrometers.1.3Thistestmethoddeterminesthedissolvedmetals(whichmayoriginatefromoverheating)andaportionoftheparticulatemetals(whichgenerallyoriginatefromawearmechanism).WhilethisICPmethoddetectsnearlyallparticleslessthanseveralmicrometers,theresponseoflargerparticlesdecreaseswithincreasingparticlesizebecauselargerparticlesarelesslikelytomakeitthroughthenebulizerandintothesampleexcitationzone.1.4Thistestmethodincludesanoptionforfilteringtheoilsampleforthoseuserswhowishtoseparatelydeterminedissolvedmetalsandparticulatemetals(andhence,totalmetals).1.5Elementspresentatconcentrationsabovetheupperlimitofthecalibrationcurvescanbedeterminedwithadditional,appropriatedilutionsandwithnodegradationofprecision.1.6ThevaluesstatedinSI(metric)unitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Theinch-poundunitsgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.7Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesandtodeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
