【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestheemissionlimitsandtestconditionsforlifts,escalatorsandpassengerconveyorsthatarepermanentlyinstalledinbuildingsandforwhichISO/TC178hasdirectresponsibilityfortheproductionofInternationalStandards,inrelationtoelectromagneticinterference.Theselimits,however,mightnotprovidefullprotectionagainstdisturbancescausedtoradioandTVreceptionwhensuchequipmentisusedwithindistancesgiveninTable1.Sinceliftstravellargeverticaldistancesinbuildings,itbecomesimpracticabletotesttheinstallationeitherinatestlaboratoryorinsitu(wheretheuncontrolledenvironmentcanalsoinfluencethetestproceduresandresults).Likewise,duetopracticalrestrictionsimposedbytheliftcarinternaldimensions,itisimpracticabletotesttheliftcarfromwithin.Similarconsiderationsregardingdimensionsapplyequallytothetestingofescalatorsandpassengerconveyors.Therefore,thisInternationalStandardappliestothesubsystemsand/orapparatusoflifts,escalatorsandpassengerconveyors,anassemblyofwhichwillcompriseaninstallation,theboundariesofwhichareindicatedbyexampleinFigures2and3.However,thisInternationalStandarddoesnotapplytolightingapparatusandalsootherservicesalreadyproventobeinconformitywithnationalEMCregulationsEquipmentcoveredbythisInternationalStandardcanalsofallwithinthescopeofIEC61000-3-2,IEC61000-3-3,IEC61000-3-4andIEC61000-3-5asappropriate.

【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestheemissionlimitsandtestconditionsforlifts,escalatorsandpassengerconveyorsthatarepermanentlyinstalledinbuildingsandforwhichISO/TC178hasdirectresponsibilityfortheproductionofInternationalStandards,inrelationtoelectromagneticinterference.Theselimits,however,mightnotprovidefullprotectionagainstdisturbancescausedtoradioandTVreceptionwhensuchequipmentisusedwithindistancesgiveninTable1.Sinceliftstravellargeverticaldistancesinbuildings,itbecomesimpracticabletotesttheinstallationeitherinatestlaboratoryorinsitu(wheretheuncontrolledenvironmentcanalsoinfluencethetestproceduresandresults).Likewise,duetopracticalrestrictionsimposedbytheliftcarinternaldimensions,itisimpracticabletotesttheliftcarfromwithin.Similarconsiderationsregardingdimensionsapplyequallytothetestingofescalatorsandpassengerconveyors.Therefore,thisInternationalStandardappliestothesubsystemsand/orapparatusoflifts,escalatorsandpassengerconveyors,anassemblyofwhichwillcompriseaninstallation,theboundariesofwhichareindicatedbyexampleinFigures2and3.However,thisInternationalStandarddoesnotapplytolightingapparatusandalsootherservicesalreadyproventobeinconformitywithnationalEMCregulationsEquipmentcoveredbythisInternationalStandardcanalsofallwithinthescopeofIEC61000-3-2,IEC61000-3-3,IEC61000-3-4andIEC61000-3-5asappropriate.
